Dear President Reilly, As a mom and a member of OneMillionMoms.com, I am extremely disappointed in your decision to consider Howard Stern as a possible new judge on "American Idol." "Idol" is a popular, family-friendly program which has become a favorite among teens. If Stern becomes the next judge on "Idol" this program will become not only inappropriate for children, but the foul language Stern is sure to use will also be offensive to adults. Fox will have very little control, but 100% responsibility over what is being aired if Stern becomes the replacement judge. Each season, "Idol's" content and character has become more questionable. Parents will not tolerate this lack of responsibility from a network and our family can no longer watch your network if you decide to go through with this irresponsible decision. This type of behavior cannot continue. I look forward to hearing back from you regarding my concern and what actions you will be taking to guarantee this will not happen.
