Sears website: enough to make any mother furious!

UPDATE!

OneMillionMoms.com tried quietly for more than six weeks to get Sears to remove p*rnographic posters from its website. For six weeks, they ignored our requests to clean up their image.

I'm glad to report that in less than eight hours after asking you to get involved, Sears completely removed all references and materials related to the offensive "Jakki Degg."

Moms, I can't thank you enough for taking the time to get involved. It was your phone calls to Sears that made them listen to our concerns. Thank you!

Together, and with God's help, we are making a difference!

Original story:

As a mom, I am more than disturbed by the lack of concern by Sears for selling posters displaying absolute full n*dity and erotic language on its website.

The posters are so offensive, I can't even begin to describe or link to the posters that Sears is offering on their website. You'll have to see for yourself, just make sure the children aren't around.

Go to www.sears.com. Just above "gifts for Dad," type "Jakki Degg" in the search bar and hit "submit". The results on the Sears' website are shocking beyond belief as you scroll down the page.

OneMillionMoms.com has contacted Sears twice in the past six weeks, asking them to remove the material from their website. They have refused to take a single step to clean it up, despite acknowledging to OMM that they know it's there!

Take Action

Rather than send an email, I think you'll want to personally contact Sears' corporate headquarters and ask President Bruce Johnson why his company continues to allow "Jakki Degg" posters on the Sears website.

Sears corporate office number is 847-286-2500. I encourage you to be firm in your request to speak with someone in President Johnson's office.

Sears has ignored this problem long enough. It is time we let them hear from us! Please, call Sears president Bruce Johnson today at 847-286-2500.

NOTE: If you see a commercial or program which is offensive, email us the information. Many of you have done this, and it is very helpful.
